Our approach

Time is money. Realizing this, we strive to minimize your time requirements while ensuring the process is as effective as possible.

Before making any recommendations, we:

  • Perform an in-depth review of a company's current situation
  • Prepare a narrative analysis of the current plan, highlighting opportunities to improve plan design, administration and funding
  • Conduct a Market Study to select the most appropriate carrier after the plan design has been agreed on
  • Work with you to handle all plan implementation and communication to employees
  • Provide experience reporting quarterly (depending on the size of your group) to help budget for renewals and make appropriate changes to the plan
  • Perform a renewal analysis and negotiate new rates from the current carrier to ensure an equitable arrangement for employers
